Booking process

The first step consists of enquiring the availability of the Villa, by checking online the dates you are interested in.
We will answer you immediately once we have confirmed the availability of the Villa.
Then you can book in by the payment of the 50% of the price plus the security deposit, and you will receive immediately an email with the confirmation of your booking.
30 days before your arrival, we need you to proceed with the second payment. Then, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the total booking for the Villa for your disposal.
In short you will receive:
- A file with the location of the Villa, so that you can find its precise location.
- In case of need or if required, our home manager will wait for you at your arrival to the Airport or Port in Ibiza.
- A PDF with recommendations of the Head Director concerning interesting sites and activities, restaurants, sublime sunset spots, events, cultural sites, etc.
